We chase perfections and we do our best to avoid faulty products.
If there are any issues with the delivered products, please send a photo of the fault to email@example.com.
Faulty product upon delivery might be (i.e) button fallen off, not made to measurements etc.
If the product is faulty, we will happily exchange or repair your product.
The contact must be made within 30 days of the purchase or it will not be covered by our policy.
